Set up a WordPress form integration with Salesforce

Sawfish Plugin sets up a live connection between your WordPress website and your Salesforce instance. One hand you can show your latest object records like Contacts, Cases on WordPress. With the connection set up, you can also send information to Salesforce.

For instance, you can create a Web-to-Case form on WordPress, either using an existing form or with any of the form builders like Gravity or WP forms.

Create a Salesforce WordPress form on Contact Form 7

For the example we will build the setup on Contact form 7. Similar functions can be done for any form that lets you add the action URL or webhook information.

Create a new page and add the Sawfish submit shortcode. This sets up the url to collect form fields:

[submitsforce]

Now after creating the form, set the webhook url as the page url. This is where we entered the shortcode before.

All set! Now the form entries will pass through the new submit page and directly to Salesforce.
