Yes — add a hidden Origin input with value set to Web. Every Case created from your WordPress form will be tagged as a web submission automatically.
Yes, any custom field on the Case object can be mapped using its API name (e.g. Custom_Field__c) as the input name attribute.
Yes — include ContactId or AccountId as hidden or visible fields in your form. Sawfish passes them to the Salesforce API and the Case is linked automatically.
Yes — Sawfish submits data via the Salesforce API so all standard and custom validation rules on the Case object are enforced before the record is created.
