Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Upon making a purchase the installation and instructions to setup the plugin would be sent to the email specified in the customer invoice.

Any updates required to the payment method or the invoice email address can be communicated to our support email, or using the contact form. Upon receiving the request an update payment link from Paddle.com would be forwarded to the customers email.
Functionality and Information Retained:
The plugin connects the customer's WordPress instance using Salesforce's APIs. No information is stored or retained on the Sawfish website or any of it's servers. The functionality of the plugin relies on Salesforce's continuous support for APIs and WordPress's ability to make API calls to external services.
In order to request a refund please notify us via the support email, or using the contact form. All full refund requests are made within 7 days of the purchase.
