Connect your WordPress website with Procore

Introduction

Thank you for checking out Sawfish Wordress Plugin for Procore.

Here are the steps to quickly set up the connection between your WordPress website and Procore. This will let you both send and receive information between the two systems.

This means you can:

Show Records from your Procore objects: Projects, Prime Contracts etc

AND

Create records in Procore through a form in your WordPress site.

Make sure you have the Sawfish plugin installed before these steps.

Here’s the steps to get started Sawfish. There’s zero coding involved, you will be ready in a few clicks.

  1. Create your free Procore Developer login

  2. Register a New App to connect with your data

  3. Enter the connection details on WordPress

  4. Connect!

Let’s begin!

Set up your Procore Developer Login

Open developers.procore.com page, fill out your information and Click Sign Up

Click Create Free Account, you will receive the link via email to complete the registration.

Login to the portal

You can also check out the detailed steps on the Procore website.

Create a New Application

This step will let you set up a secure connection between Procore and your WordPress website.

After creating the app, you will receive credentials that will let you access your data from WordPress.

After logging in to the Procore Developer portal, click Create a New App.

Enter an App Name, eg: Sawfish Plugin Connection

Click Create App

Done!

Enter the connection details on your WordPress website

From the Manage App page in Procore Developer Portal, select oAuth Credentials tab.

In the Production OAuth Credentials section, you will get the Client ID and Client Secret.

Copy these values and enter them on the on your WordPress Page in the SWFSH Connect plugin page.

The Sawfish plugin page will also provide you the Redirect URI. Paste this to the Redirect URI field below the Client ID and Client Secret.

Click Update

Connect WordPress and Procore

From the SWFSH Procore page on your WordPress Page Click Connect

You will be redirected to your Procore Login page.

Authorize the connection

All Set!

You can now setup pages on your website using Procore data, set up forms and more!
